Thu: Cornell Notes on words used for compare and contrast/transition words word sort. Compare and contrast last years syllabus with this year's using a venn diagram and then write a compare and contrast essay about the two papers. HW: Pick two objects, people or ideas and compare the two. Draw a Venn diagram to organize your thoughts and then write a paragraph comparing the two.

Fri: Quiz on capitaliztion and comparing and contrasting two texts. Independent reading book check out. HW What have you done this week that will set you up to graduate in June? Analyze this academically and behaviorally.
