Humanities Blog? Yep, that's right! I have always wanted to start up a page in which my Humanities students can speak (type) their minds about issues going on in the world, topics around reading (ex. books, texts, etc.), and have a place to show their creative writing.
So here is how you can join in on the critical thinking and written expression:
1. Just go to http://monte7thgrade.blogspot.com
2. Click on the link that says "Follow"
3. Sign in if you already have an email account with Google, AIM, or Yahoo.
4. Start blogging! Comment on the blogs I post.
IMPORTANT: Only appropriate material should be posted. Remember this is a place to show your smart thinking and if you abuse that then you will be deleted and blocked from ever participating again. I will be checking daily and contacting parents/guardians if anything inappropriate is posted and further consequences will be taken.
I want as many students to participate as possible. I have never done this before and I am curious to see if it works. Please join in and be my guinea pigs.
