hello Kelly parents and students my name is Paul Amarillo I'll be your 7th grade physical education teacher this year I hope everyone had an amazing summer I look forward to learning more about you and your interest I mix headed to start the school year the she'll be learning about the five components of fitness and growing our knowledge and ways to keep our mind and body healthy and strong we will also be learning and developing our athletic skills for a team sport units be prepared to move and have fun everyday are PE classes consist of the fitness component and a skills and gameplay component our classes begin with the class warm up and worked out that will be track and monitoring our progress throughout the year the second portion of our class will be learning about our sport or activity and students will be able to practice and develop their skills I'm excited to share my passion for health and wellness with the KL Community my goal is to provide you with the Knowledge and Skills to help you lead a Physically Active lifestyle I look forward to meeting you all have a great day
